Young L.O.R.D. from RawKey Beats and I've been producing for over 20 years now.
I started out as a young artist at 14 years old, and back then I was an artist with no real income or connections.
Although I was great in the booth, It didn't take long for me to realize rapping over "industry beats" from songs on the radio wouldn't get me the opportunities I really wanted as an artist.
I wanted to get my own music on the radio and tv and movies, and I found out that was impossible using popular artists beats.
Back then, I started making my own beats out of pure necessity.
It took years of practice and learning, but eventually my beats were bangin' enough for other artists to fall in love with!
I took years to fine tune my mixing skills and progressed as an artist and a producer until I was ready to make the next push.
After making waves locally and on the internet, I have been able to produce tracks for tons of indie artists and labels.
My production credits now include names like Nicki Minaj and Cassidy.
My production and songs have landed on Movies, TV Networks and Shows like VH1 and Saturday Night Live, Video Games and more!
As a producer, my first love is still contributing to great projects and working with talented artists!
I want to help other artists make and impact without taking years to figure out how to do it. I still love making hits and being a part of classics...
